Internet Explorer Bug
Internet Explorer 6 and 7 do not allow PC users to save images in the icon format; the default format is bitmap (.bmp), which if used will disable the favorites icon.
Firefox, Netscape, Opera, and other browsers allow PC users to save the favorites icon in the correct icon (.ico) format.
